Name of the Position
Job Description:
Communicate independently with local,
national and international organizations.
Scheduling and coordinating meetings and
appointments between chairperson and various national and international
organizations and internal meetings with Board and various committees
and departments of the organization;
Maintaining all categories of files,
keeping track of records and correspondences;
Preparation of presentation,
agenda , meeting minutes and other
required documents
as per the necessity;
Travel management of local and
foreign trips, including visa,ticket etc
arrangements;
Carry out routine correspondence of the
Chairperson.
Any other job as and when assigned.
Educational Requirements
§ Candidate should be at least graduate from a reputed university (preferably with English medium with
O’level).
Additional Requirements
§
Strong oral
and written communication skills in English and Bangla.
§
Sound public
relations and liaising abilities.
§
Sufficient
knowledge in office management, file maintenance.
§
Excellent
computer literacy is essential
including power point presentation.
Salary
The
estimated salary per annum TK. 2,28,150
with other admissible benefits
and is subject to negotiation for
the deserving candidate.
