Job Description:

Research Associates
contribute as independent authors. The position demands possession of and
experience in ability to analyze, articulate and present intelligently on
issues concerning the performance of the agriculture related field.
·
S/he must have demonstrated
capability in negotiating with the partners and sponsors, and managing
contracts.
·
Besides conducting research
s/he will be involved in identifying new opportunities for research, writing
proposals, and funding bids for the organization.
Educational Requirements
·
The candidate must have
Masters degree in agriculture with at least three first class/CGPA 3.50 from
an internationally reputed university.
Experience
·
2 years experience in
conducting research.
Additional Requirements
·
In case of specialized job
experience, publication in recognized journals, foreign master degree will
be relaxed.
·
The candidates must have
peer reviewed publications and sound knowledge in quantitative techniques.
·
Must have sound knowledge in
quantitative skills, analytical abilities, report writing excellent drafting
skills in English, strong communication skill and high computer skill.
·
The candidate should be
willing to work under pressure in a highly competitive environment.
Salary
The
estimated salary per annum is TK. 2,28,150 and is subject to negotiation for
the deserving candidate.
