Job Description:

Research Associates
contribute as independent authors. The position demands possession of and
experience in ability to analyze, articulate and present intelligently on
issues concerning the performance of the related field.
·
S/he would have to lead
amongst others, in producing monthly report, analysis on the five years
plans and other strategic documents relating to development. S/he would
contribute in advancing the programmes of the Social Policy Unit.
·
S/he must have demonstrated
capability in negotiating with the partners and sponsors, and managing
contracts.
·
Besides conducting research
s/he will be involved in identifying new opportunities for research, writing
proposals, and funding bids for the organization.
Educational Requirements
·
The candidate should have
postgraduate degree with three first class/CGPA 3.50 from any
internationally reputed university.
Experience
·
3 to 5 year(s)
Additional Requirements
·
In case of specialized job
experience, publication in recognized journals, foreign master degree will
be relaxed.
·
The candidates must have
peer reviewed publications and sound knowledge in quantitative techniques.
·
Must have sound knowledge in
analytical abilities, excellent drafting skills in English, strong
communication skill, high computer literacy are required.
·
The candidate should be
willing to work under pressure in a highly competitive environment.
Salary
The
estimated salary per annum for Research Associates is TK. 3,22,400
with other admissible benefits
and is
subject to negotiation for the deserving candidate.
